SHIPPING
Our fulfillment partner fulfills orders within 1-3 business day (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. Once the order is fulfilled you will receive a tracking number to your email which you can use on our website.
Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex, DHL). Your product will arrive within 10-15 Business Days. Due to temporary delays from COVID-19, shipment may take longer than expected.
RETURNS & REFUND
Should you decide within 30 days (of delivery date) that you do not like the product, you're entitled to send it back for a refund (less shipping cost).
To be eligible for the 30 Risk Free Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be in the original packaging and must not be damaged.
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is the customer responsibility.
- Shipping cost is not refundable.
- Return must be approved by customer support (do not send back to the address on your package).
